Day 1HA NOI - NAM HONG VILLAG - HO THAU

Morning 05h00: The car and tour guide will pick up guests to depart for Hoang Su Phi, Ha Giang. The group will stop for lunch at a restaurant.

Afternoon: After lunch, the car and tour guide will take guests to visit Nam Hong Village (Thong Nguyen) – A place located about 40 km from the center of Hoang Su Phi district, Nam Hong Village, Thong Nguyen commune is the home of 37 households of the Red Dao ethnic group. This place has terraced fields stretching on the hillsides recognized as a national scenic spot, alongside the Shan snow tea area Phin Ho with unique cultural features of the Red Dao people.

Then, the group will head to Ho Thau commune, guests will arrive at Ho Thau, check in at the Homestay, and rest.

Evening: Guests will have dinner at the homestay with the highland people. Guests will gather around the warm tea, share heartwarming stories of the highland people, or experience bathing as the typical Dao people do here.

Day 2CHIEU LAU THI - COC PAI TOWN - BAC HA (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER)

Morning: Guests wake up early and have breakfast at the Homestay.

07:00 AM: The group travels by car to Ho Thau to conquer and hunt for clouds at the peak of Chieu Lau Thi. Hunting for clouds and admiring the mountains here will be one of the most memorable experiences for those who love to travel for the poetic scenery of mountains embracing clouds, clouds enveloping the mountains, or the cascading clouds, all to be checked in at the 2402m milestone of Chieu Lau Thi peak.

10:00 AM: The group descends from the mountain, and the car and tour guide will take the guests to Coc Pai Town, where they have lunch at a restaurant.

Afternoon: After lunch, the group continues the journey back to Bac Ha. On the way, guests stop to check in at Coc Pai Heaven’s Gate, admiring the panoramic view of Coc Pai Town (Xin Man District), nestled in the valley, surrounded by majestic mountains and forests.

17:00 PM: Arriving in Bac Ha, the group checks in for a rest.

Evening at 19:00 PM: Guests have dinner with Bac Ha cuisine. After dinner, they are free to stroll around Bac Ha town at night. Overnight at a hotel in Bac Ha town.

Day 3BAC HA MARKET - DINH HOANG A TUONG (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)

Morning at 6:00 AM: Guests wake up early to enjoy the fresh air, have breakfast, check out of the hotel, and then the tour guide takes the group to explore:

Bac Ha Market – the largest market of ethnic minorities in the Northwest region. Here, guests will have the opportunity to admire unique and simple dishes, along with various types of rice-based wines and different fruits such as plums, apples, and peaches. Interact with local ethnic people such as H’Mong, Dzao, Tay, Nung…

Visit the Village and the residence of H’Mong King – Dinh Hoang A Tuong – built in 1920 by the French colonialists and the Chinese. It deserves to be a cultural and historical relic. It is a valuable cultural object and perhaps unique in Bac Ha.

Noon at 11:30 AM: Guests check out, and have lunch to savor local cuisine.

Afternoon at 1:00 PM: The bus takes the group back to Hanoi. On the way back, there will be a stop in Yen Bai for rest and shopping for local specialties as gifts for loved ones.

Evening at 7:00 PM: Upon arrival in Hanoi, the tour guide bids farewell, looking forward to meeting guests again in future programs.

Standard Price

TOUR PRICE FOR CHILDREN

The age will be calculated from the date of birth to the departure date.
Children aged 10 and above are charged 100% of the adult price.
Children aged 5 to 9: charged at 75% of the adult price – sharing the bed with parents.
Children under 5: free of charge (children sharing the bed with parents, additional expenses such as sightseeing tickets, and meals for the child will be taken care of by the parents). The company only collects the airfare portion (if any) according to the regulations of the airlines.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

A- COMMON DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

1/ Deposit policy to secure reservations

– To officially secure a reservation, customers need to make a deposit equivalent to 40% of the tour price.

– The remaining amount must be paid to Meditours 15 days before the booked departure date.

2/ Cancellation policy by customers

– If customers cancel the tour more than 15 days before the departure date, they will incur an early cancellation penalty equivalent to the deposit amount (40% of the tour price).

– If customers cancel the tour within 7 days of the departure date, they will incur a late cancellation penalty equivalent to the entire tour price (100% of the tour price).

3/ Cancellation policy by the organizing unit

– The tour will depart according to the schedule if there are at least 06 adults in the group.

– If the group does not reach the minimum of 06 guests, Meditours will arrange a new departure date and inform customers at least 15 working days before the departure date. If customers do not agree to the new departure date, they will receive a refund of the deposit.

– If Meditours cannot organize the tour at the scheduled time due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters, floods, war, etc., Meditours will arrange a new departure date, and any additional expenses will be agreed upon by both parties.
